friendly staff super clean room central location small room limited space poor soundproofing
the staff were very friendly and helpful. the room was super clean and in a central location. breakfast included very good scrambled eggs!!!
the room was quite small. there was very little space to put my luggage. sound proofing was poor and i could hear other room doors closing loudly.

inadequate soundproofing reduced privacy
the staff was helpful. they assisted with directions and local recommendations.
I found the soundproofing inadequate. I could hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway. this made it difficult to sleep and reduced privacy. it was quite disruptive, especially early in the morning.

really good service local restaurant easy access
The staff offered really good service, and I particularly appreciated their suggestions for local restaurants! The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation. Breakfast offered a good variety of options. It was a real treat to be able to walk to many attractions!
The in-room hairdryer was not very effective. It took a long time to dry my hair.
